RTGR Law specializes in the defense of self-insured employers, public entities and insurers in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation, civil subrogation, disability & employment law, business and government tort claims, and general liability related matters throughout California.

From our offices in Oakland, Los Angeles and Sacramento, we focus on the defense of claims involving malingering, complex medical issues, maximum subrogation recovery and the careful navigation of conflicting laws and regulations.
