SB 542 took effect on January 1, 2020, creating a strong presumption of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (“PTSD”) injury for every Police Officer, Deputy Sheriff and Firefighter in California.
RTGR Law will be presenting a live Webinar covering the new law and laying out strategies on how to assess the validity of these claims, rebut the presumption and mitigate the additional exposure that the presumption creates.
The live PTSD Webinar program will begin at 10:00 am on Wednesday, January 22, 2020. The program is expected to last 1-2 hours and CE certificates will be sent to interested attendees.
If you or one of your colleagues would like to attend the Webinar, please download the GoToMeeting application on your computer, tablet or smartphone. Then, on the January 22nd, all you have to do is log in from your computer and call in to our conference line.
