RTGR Law: we are ready to help during the COVID-19 pandemic

Dear Clients, Friends and Colleagues,

We hope you are all coping well in these trying times. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, please be assured that RTGR Law LLP and all our attorneys and staff stand ready to answer your questions and seamlessly assist you on new and existing claims and litigated matters, anywhere and everywhere in California.

Our firm is uniquely prepared to avoid any business disruption because of our already-existing paperless and remote access capabilities that have all been in operation at RTGR Law for years. Also, we have always used a cloud security system that protects your data through encryption, threat management and end-to end security.

Today, all our attorneys are busy working remotely and making appearances in person and through Court Call, and our legal assistants are 100% capable of remotely supporting those attorneys.

We are fully equipped to file documents at the WCAB electronically and to appear via Court Call, as we have been doing for years. (Here is a link to all the new mandatory filing and appearance protocols WCAB procedures.)

While we did not anticipate a pandemic when we made the move to 100% paperless and remote access operations years ago, our clients are benefiting now from that decision.

For your convenience, we accept all correspondence and file referrals electronically. Please feel free to use our electronic new file intake form and e-mail to your favorite RTGR Law attorney or else your nearest RTGR Law Office:

As usual, we are also accepting phone calls, faxes, US mail and package delivery for any RTGR attorney and every RTGR Law office at our headquarters and scanning facility: 180 Grand Avenue, Suite 300, Oakland, CA 94612, TEL 510.338.3166 |FAX 510.338.3167.  Our office is permitted to continue these operations under the local shelter-in-place ordinances.

We invite you to stay current on the impact of COVID-19 on Workers’ Compensation by reading our regularly updated RTGR COVID-19 blog post and to join us soon for a free COVID-19 Continuing Education Webinar in partnership with CalGovHR.

Stay healthy and safe, let us know if we can help with any questions or concerns, and thank you for the continued privilege to serve you.
